Why we use it
To provide regulated mortgage advice, to meet legal and FCA record-keeping duties, to respond to enquiries, and to run this website. The legal bases are typically contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests. Where we need consent (for example certain marketing), we will ask.
Sharing
Lenders, packagers, insurers where relevant, solicitors, valuers, IT and compliance suppliers, and regulators or courts when required. We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
